Aperitif Aspide Spritz is the demonstration of how borders do not exist. On the
one hand it recalls the aperitif at the base of the famous Venetian cocktail
loved all over the world, on the other it encloses in its coils the scents and
flavors of Sardinia, which it brings to the nose and palate, opening up in an
overwhelming and original way.
Aroma: The nose gives off citrus groves and Mediterranean scrub together with
smooth cinnamon. Very light touches of resin and pine nuts.
Taste: Lively, tantalising and enthralling, with a subtle bitter note and an
unmistakable savoury hint. There is a prolonged aftertaste of blood orange and zest.

Der Aperitif Aspide Spritz zeigt, dass es keine Grenzen gibt. Einerseits erinnert er
an den Aperitif, der die Basis des berühmten venezianischen Cocktails bildet, der auf
der ganzen Welt beliebt ist, andererseits hat er die Düfte und Aromen Sardiniens in
sich, die er der Nase und dem Gaumen auf überwältigende und originelle Weise näherbringt.
Aroma: In der Nase entfalten sich Zitrushaine und mediterrane Macchia zusammen mit sanftem
Zimt. Sehr leichte Noten von Harz und Pinienkernen.
Geschmack: Lebhaft, verlockend und fesselnd, mit einer subtilen bitteren Note und einem
unverkennbaren herzhaften Hauch. Es gibt einen lang anhaltenden Nachgeschmack von Blutorange
und Zitronenschale.
