Ottolenghi - Sticky Date and Tamarind Sauce

This is HP sauce, Ottolenghi style: sweet, tangy and piquant. Great on a bacon 
sandwich, for adding depth to stews, or as a base for a salad dressing. Dates 
bring the sweetness, tamarind adds the tang.

Ingredients: Tamarind Extract, Date Juice Concentrate, Olive Oil, Ginger Purée, 
Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soya Beans, Wheat, Salt, Alcohol (Ethanol)), Water, 
Sugar, Salt), Garlic Purée, Cornflour, Red Chilli, Sea Salt, Ground Ginger, 
Chilli Powder.

Das ist HP-Sauce nach Ottolenghi-Art: süß, würzig und pikant. Passt super zu 
einem Specksandwich, gibt Eintöpfen mehr Tiefe oder ist eine tolle Basis für 
ein Salatdressing. Datteln machen sie süß, Tamarinde gibt ihr die Würze.
