In this recipe, the tuna is candied
and enhanced with extra virgin olive oil.
To obtain a tender and tasty tuna, it is first cooked whole.
After simmering in a court-bouillon, it is then trimmed by hand to keep only the best.
The tuna is then covered with extra virgin olive oil,
which blends with the flesh and makes it more tender.

Ingredients: Alder white tuna, extra virgin olive oil (26%), salt.

Zarter und schmackhafter Thunfisch...

In diesem Rezept wird der Thunfisch kandiert
und mit nativem Olivenöl extra verfeinert.
Um einen zarten und schmackhaften Thunfisch zu erhalten, wird er zunächst im Ganzen gekocht.
Nach dem Garen in einer Court-Bouillon wird er von Hand geschnitten, um nur das Beste zu behalten.
Der Thunfisch wird dann mit nativem Olivenöl extra übergossen,
das sich mit dem Fleisch verbindet und es noch zarter macht.
